If you're in the center of Playa del Carmen, simply head towards Avenida Benito Juárez. Once you reach the intersection of Avenida Juárez and Avenida 5ta, turn onto Avenida Benito Juárez. Continue walking straight for about 5-10 minutes, and you will see the Portal Maya monument on your right, located at Av Benito Juárez 251.

When you reach the intersection with Avenida Benito Juárez, turn left and cycle straight for about 5-10 minutes. The Portal Maya will be on your right at Av Benito Juárez 251.

If you're coming from nearby areas, you can take a Colectivo (shared van) that runs along the main roads. Get off at the stop closest to Avenida Benito Juárez. From there, walk towards Avenida 5ta and turn right onto Avenida Benito Juárez. Walk straight for a few minutes, and the Portal Maya will be on your right at Av Benito Juárez 251.
