Walking
If you are in the heart of Playa del Carmen, start by heading towards the famous Quinta Avenida (Fifth Avenue). Walk along this vibrant street, which is known for its shops and restaurants. Continue walking north until you reach Calle 10. Turn left on Calle 10 and walk straight until you reach Calle 10 Nte Bis. You will find 'Turismo Channel' on your left-hand side at Local 2, right in the Centro area.

Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops near Quinta Avenida. Once you have your bike, head north on Quinta Avenida until you reach Calle 10. Turn left onto Calle 10 and continue until you see Calle 10 Nte Bis. 'Turismo Channel' will be located on your left at Local 2. The bike ride should take about 10-15 minutes depending on your pace.
