If you are in the Coco Beach area, start by heading south toward Calle 28 Norte. Walk towards the main road, Avenida 5ta, which is a well-known street in Playa del Carmen. Once you reach Avenida 5ta, turn left and continue walking until you reach Calle 28 Norte. Turn right onto Calle 28 Norte, and follow this street until you reach the beach. Mamita's Beach Club is located right at the intersection of Calle 28 Norte and the beach, identifiable by its lively atmosphere and beach chairs.

If you prefer to rent a bicycle, there are several rental shops along the beachfront promenade near Coco Beach. Rent a bicycle and head towards Avenida 5ta. Bike along Avenida 5ta heading south until you reach Calle 28 Norte. Turn right onto Calle 28 Norte and cycle to the beach. Mamita's Beach Club will be on your left as you approach the beach.
