Getting There

Walking

If you are staying in the central area of Playa del Carmen, you can walk to Tours Del Carmen. Start by heading east on Calle 12 towards Avenida 25 Norte. Continue straight on Calle 12 until you reach Avenida 25 Norte. Turn left onto Avenida 25 Norte and walk for about 2 blocks. Tours Del Carmen is located at Xop Inn Plaza, which will be on your right at the corner of Calle 12 and Avenida 25 Norte.
Collective Taxi (Colectivo)

To take a colectivo, walk to the nearest colectivo stop, which is usually found along Avenida 30. Board a colectivo heading towards Playa del Carmen Centro and inform the driver that you are going to 'Xop Inn Plaza'. The ride will take about 5-10 minutes depending on traffic. You will be dropped off at the nearest point to the plaza. From there, walk towards Calle 12, and you will see Tours Del Carmen located at the corner of Calle 12 and Avenida 25 Norte.
Bicycle

If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Playa del Carmen. Head towards Avenida 25 Norte and ride north. Once you reach Calle 12, turn right.
