If you are staying in the central area of Playa del Carmen, you can walk to Tours Del Carmen. Start by heading east on Calle 12 towards Avenida 25 Norte. Continue straight on Calle 12 until you reach Avenida 25 Norte. Turn left onto Avenida 25 Norte and walk for about 2 blocks. Tours Del Carmen is located at Xop Inn Plaza, which will be on your right at the corner of Calle 12 and Avenida 25 Norte.

Collective Taxi (Colectivo)
To take a colectivo, walk to the nearest colectivo stop, which is usually found along Avenida 30. Board a colectivo heading towards Playa del Carmen Centro and inform the driver that you are going to 'Xop Inn Plaza'. The ride will take about 5-10 minutes depending on traffic.
