A unique and very informative experience for chocolate and cacao lovers, even for people who do not know much about chocolate. It shows you the entire creation process and is an experience where you taste different types of chocolates. I loved it and it is something I highly recommend.

Away from the usual tourist and commercial circuits, Fabio, the guide, took us to discover the true flavors of Mexican cuisine in authentic places frequented by locals. It's not just about eating, but about taking a real journey into Mexican culture. Relaxed atmosphere, small group, and a guide who knows how to engage you and make you feel at home, sharing anecdotes and secrets of the local cuisine. We ate excellent flavorful meat, accompanied by the famous Mexican tacos, then moved on to fish tacos (also very good!) to conclude with a rich coffee and dessert. If you pass through Playa del Carmen, you cannot miss the opportunity to taste real Mexican food.

We booked Chef Jorge for a private dinner during our stay in Playa del Carmen and it was honestly one of the highlights of the trip. The food was excellent, fresh, well balanced, and beautifully plated; but what we appreciated most was how relaxed the whole experience felt. Everything was well organized, communication was easy, and we didn’t have to worry about anything. Chef Jorge was professional but very approachable, explained the dishes without making it feel formal, and kept the evening flowing naturally. It felt like a restaurant-level meal at home, but much more personal. If you’re thinking about booking a private chef in the area, this is 100% worth it. We would book again without hesitation
