If you are starting from the famous Quinta Avenida (Fifth Avenue), head towards the intersection with Avenida Juárez. Walk west on Avenida Juárez for about 3 blocks until you reach Portal Maya, located at Av Benito Juárez 251. The sculpture is hard to miss and is located near the beach.

Find a colectivo (shared van) stop on Avenida 30. Take a colectivo heading towards Playa del Carmen Centro. Get off at the stop closest to the beach, and then walk east towards the beach, turning left onto Avenida Juárez. Continue walking for about 5 minutes until you arrive at Portal Maya at Av Benito Juárez 251.
