If you are starting from the ADO bus terminal in Puerto Escondido, exit the terminal and head east on Calle 20 de Noviembre. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida Oaxaca. Turn right onto Avenida Oaxaca and walk for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the beach area. From there, follow the beach path to the left, and you will arrive at Playa Bacocho within 20 minutes.

To take a taxi to Playa Bacocho from the center of Puerto Escondido, find a taxi stand or wave down a taxi. Provide the driver with the destination 'Playa Bacocho'. The ride should take approximately 10 minutes, depending on traffic. Ensure you confirm the fare before getting in, as most taxis do not have meters.

Public Transport (Collectivo)
From the center of Puerto Escondido, walk to the main road (Avenida Oaxaca) where collectivos (shared vans) operate. Look for a collectivo heading towards Bacocho; they are often marked with a sign in the front window. Once you board, inform the driver that you want to go to Playa Bacocho. The journey will take around 15 minutes. You will need to pay the driver in cash when you get off.
