If you are starting from the Malecon (the waterfront promenade), head east towards the main road, Avenida Francisco Medina Ascencio. Walk north along the promenade until you reach the intersection with Avenida Mexico. Cross the street and continue to walk north. After a few blocks, you will reach the bustling Plaza de Armas. From there, turn left onto Calle Morelos and follow it until you reach the church, which is located at Monte Everest 650, in the Volcanes de Vallarta neighborhood.

From any central location in Puerto Vallarta, look for a bus that is headed towards the north side of the city. Buses frequently run along Avenida Francisco Medina Ascencio. You will want to disembark at the stop closest to the intersection of Avenida Mexico and Calle Morelos. Once you get off, walk north on Calle Morelos until you reach Monte Everest. The Iglesia de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe will be on your left at 650 Monte Everest.
