From Puerto Vallarta, head to the main bus terminal located at Avenida 2000. Look for the buses heading towards Sayulita or San Pancho. Purchase a ticket from the ticket counter, which usually costs around 50-70 pesos. Board the bus and enjoy the scenic ride along the coastline. After approximately 1 hour, you will reach the small town of Lo De Marcos. The bus will drop you off at the main road. From there, you can walk to your destination, which is just a short 10-minute walk from the bus stop.

Make your way to the 'Collectivo' stand, which is located near the Puerto Vallarta beach area. Look for a van with 'Sayulita' or 'San Pancho' signs. The fare is around 40 pesos per person. Once the van is full, it will depart and take you along the highway. After about 45 minutes, you will arrive in Lo De Marcos. The driver will usually drop you off at a central location in town. From there, follow the signs or ask locals for directions to your specific destination.
