Getting There

• Walking

  If you are in the Centro area of Puerto Vallarta, you can easily walk to Los Arcos. Start by heading towards the Malecón, which is the main boardwalk along the coast. Once you reach the Malecón, walk along it towards the north. You will see the iconic arches of Los Arcos as you approach. It’s about a 15-minute walk from the main square (Plaza de Armas).

• Public Bus

  You can take a local bus heading towards the Centro area. Look for buses marked 'Centro' or 'Malecón'. You can board the bus at various locations throughout Puerto Vallarta. Once you arrive in the Centro area, get off near the Malecón. From there, it's a short walk to Los Arcos. Just follow the sounds of the ocean and the crowds along the Malecón.

• Taxi

  You can easily find a taxi in Puerto Vallarta. Just flag one down or request one through your hotel. Tell the driver you want to go to 'Los Arcos' or 'Malecón'. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes depending on your starting point. Ask the driver to drop you off at the Malecón, where you can see the arches.

• Bicycle Rental

  You can rent a bicycle from various rental shops in Puerto Vallarta. Once you have your bike, head towards the Malecón. It’s a very bike-friendly area. Ride along the Malecón, and you will reach Los Arcos in about 10-15 minutes from the downtown area.
