If you are in the Zona Romántica area, head towards the beach. Walk along the Malecón (boardwalk) until you reach the intersection of Olas Altas and Pino Suárez. Turn left onto Pino Suárez and continue walking straight for about 5 minutes. You will see Parque Lazaro Cardenas on your left, just past the intersection with Venustiano Carranza.
