If you're in the downtown area of Puerto Vallarta, start your journey from the famous Malecon boardwalk. Head east on Calle Paseo Díaz Ordaz, which runs parallel to the beach. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Calle Morelos. Make a right turn onto Calle Morelos. After a few blocks, you'll reach the Plaza de Armas, a central square. From here, continue walking on Calle Morelos until you reach the intersection with C. Sor Juana Inés. Make a left turn onto C. Sor Juana Inés. The Parroquia Asuncion de Maria will be located on your left at number 110.

To reach Parroquia Asuncion de Maria via public transport, find a bus stop near your location. Look for buses heading towards El Caloso or the Centro area. Board one of these buses and pay the fare (usually around 10 pesos). Stay on the bus until you reach the stop closest to C. Sor Juana Inés, which is approximately a 15-20 minute ride from downtown. Once you get off, walk towards C. Sor Juana Inés and turn left. The church will be on your left side at number 110.
