If you are driving from Playa del Carmen, take the Carretera Federal 307 (Cancun-Chetumal) heading south towards Tulum. Continue for approximately 50 km. After passing Xel-Ha Park, look for signs for Cenotes Sac Actún. The cenote is located about 1 km past Xel-Ha on your right side. There is parking available on-site, and the entrance fee is around 150 pesos per person.
