Getting There

  • Car

    If you're driving, head south on Highway 307 from Playa del Carmen towards Tulum. Continue approximately 50 km until you reach the town of Felipe Carrillo Puerto. Look for the signs indicating 'Cenote El Pit' as you approach the area. Turn left onto the access road, which is well-marked. Follow this road for about 5 km until you arrive at the cenote entrance. Parking is available on-site, and expect to pay a small fee (around 50 MXN) for parking.

  • Public Transportation (Collectivo)

    From Playa del Carmen, you can take a collectivo (shared minivan) towards Tulum. Once you reach Tulum, transfer to another collectivo heading to Felipe Carrillo Puerto.
