Get off at the 'Kettner Blvd & Ash St' stop. From there, walk east along Ash St until you reach Kettner Blvd. Turn left on Kettner Blvd, and walk north for about 5 minutes. Embarcadero Marina Park North will be on your right at 400 Kettner Blvd.
