From Tijuana, head to the main bus terminal located at Boulevard Agua Caliente. Take the Bus Route 2, which heads towards the San Ysidro border. Once you reach the border, cross into the United States. After clearing customs, follow signs to the San Diego Trolley station. Take the Blue Line Trolley towards 'America Plaza' and get off at the 'Gaslamp Quarter' station. Exit the station and walk two blocks west on G Street, then turn left on Island Avenue. The Gaslamp Museum will be on your right at 410 Island Ave.

Once across, head south on San Ysidro Blvd. for about 0.5 miles until you reach the trolley station. Take the Blue Line Trolley towards 'America Plaza' and get off at the 'Gaslamp Quarter' station. From there, walk two blocks west on G Street, then turn left on Island Avenue. The Gaslamp Museum is located at 410 Island Ave, on your right.
