Walking
If you are in central Tijuana, start by heading towards Avenida Revolución, which is a well-known street filled with shops and restaurants. Walk along Avenida Revolución until you reach the intersection with Calle 2da. Turn left onto Calle 2da and continue walking until you reach the main street, Paseo de los Héroes. From there, turn right and continue walking straight. After approximately 15 minutes, you will reach the U.S. border. Cross the border into San Diego, California. Once in San Diego, follow signs for the Waterfront Park. Continue walking until you reach W Harbor Dr, then turn right. Martin Luther King Jr Promenade will be on your left.

Public Transport
Start at the Tijuana Cultural Center (Centro Cultural Tijuana). From there, you can take a taxi or a ride-sharing service to the border crossing at San Ysidro. After crossing the border, walk towards the San Diego trolley station. Board the Blue Line trolley towards UC San Diego. Get off at the America Plaza station. From there, walk towards W Harbor Dr and head west. After about 10 minutes, you will arrive at Martin Luther King Jr Promenade.
