From the Tijuana border crossing (El Chaparral), walk towards the pedestrian exit and cross into the United States. Once you are in San Diego, head to the Santa Fe Depot train station located at 1050 Kettner Blvd. This is about a 15-minute walk from the border. At the train station, purchase a ticket for the Coaster train heading towards Oceanside. Disembark at the Santa Fe Depot station, which is the first stop.
