Getting There

  • Bicycle

    If you are in Tulum, rent a bicycle from one of the many shops in town. Head south along the main road (Calle Tulum) until you reach the intersection with the highway (Carretera Federal 307). Turn right onto the highway and continue for about 24 kilometers. Look for the signs to Akumal. As you enter Akumal, follow the signs to the Natura Glamping meeting point, which will be on your left.

  • Walking

    If you prefer walking, start from the center of Tulum. Make your way to Avenida Tulum and head south. Walk towards the highway (Carretera Federal 307), which is about 3 kilometers away. Once you reach the highway, turn right and continue walking along the shoulder for approximately 24 kilometers until you reach Akumal. Be cautious of traffic as you walk along the highway. Once in Akumal, look for the Natura Glamping meeting point on your left.

  • Shared Taxi

    From the center of Tulum, you can catch a shared taxi (collectivo) heading to Akumal. These taxis usually wait at designated areas, such as near the ADO bus station. Get into a collectivo that says 'Akumal' on the front. The drive will take approximately 30 minutes. Ask the driver to drop you off at the Natura Glamping meeting point, located at Gonzalo Guerrero S/N, Entrada, Rancho Maria Isabel.

  • Public Transport

    Take a bus from the Tulum bus station (Terminal de Autobuses ADO) heading towards Playa del Carmen. Inform the driver you want to stop at Akumal. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Akumal, walk towards the Natura Glamping meeting point, which is near the entrance of Rancho Maria Isabel. It should be a short walk from where the bus drops you off.
