Collectivo
From the main street in Tulum, walk to the collectivo stop, which is located on Avenida Tulum, close to the ADO bus station. Look for a collectivo heading to Playa del Carmen. The fare is approximately 40 pesos. Inform the driver that you wish to get off at Cenote Azul. The journey takes around 20-25 minutes. You'll want to pay attention as you near the cenote, as the driver will let you know when to get off. After exiting, walk along the dirt road leading to Cenote Azul, which should take about 10-15 minutes.
