If you are in Tulum town, rent a bicycle from any local shop. Start by heading east on Avenida Tulum until you reach the intersection with the highway (Carretera Tulum-Cancún). Turn left onto the highway and continue north for about 10 kilometers. Watch for signs for Puerto Aventuras. Once you reach Puerto Aventuras, follow the signs to Bahia Yanten. The H2OH Sun Cruises will be located at C Bahia Yanten Mz 33 Lt 9 Loc 7.

From Tulum town, you can take a taxi to Puerto Aventuras. Tell the driver to take you to 'C Bahia Yanten Mz 33 Lt 9 Loc 7, Puerto Aventuras'. The ride should take around 15-20 minutes, and it is advisable to negotiate the fare before starting your journey. Once you arrive, the H2OH Sun Cruises will be on your right.

To use a collectivo, walk to the collectivo station near the ADO bus terminal in Tulum. Look for a collectivo heading towards Playa del Carmen and get in. Inform the driver that you want to stop at Puerto Aventuras. After about 15 minutes, you will be dropped off at the entrance of Puerto Aventuras. From there, walk straight on the main road and then turn right onto Bahia Yanten. Continue walking until you reach C Bahia Yanten Mz 33 Lt 9 Loc 7 where H2OH Sun Cruises is located.
