Yucatecan cooking class in Tulum: Nixtamal, Recado, and Pibil
Excellent, Authentic Cooking Class
This was an excellent cooking class with Chef Jair and his lovely assistants! We made delicious, authentic Pollo Pibil tacos, guacamole, tomato sauce, and churros (and delicious margaritas and mezcalitas throughout!). Chef Jair also spoke to us about the Mayans, Tulum, and Mexico, which was great to learn about. We would absolutely recommend this cooking class to any couple/family!

Private Floating Breakfast Chef Experience in Tulum
Amazing Experience.
Our cook, Nacho, was very personable and an incredible chef! From the initial booking all the way to the end this was an incredible experience. They were extremely flexible in scheduling, even when I needed to adjust the time the day before. On the day of, Nacho showed up on time and had cooked the most delicious meal in an hour. The presentation was absolutely amazing and the food was SO GOOD. This was such a beautiful way to celebrate a birthday. Additionally, Nacho after realizing the avocado he had initial was not ripe enough, went back to get us a new one that was perfect. The service and attention to detail is unmatched. Next time we come back, we would love for Nacho to cook us a full meal. Also, the portions were very good. We had enough for a full breakfast the following day.
