The driver was very prompt and on time. They team worked with me to finalize the correct pick up time. I also, ordered the pickup last minute. It was the day prior to departing. I was picked up from the Catalonia Royal Tulum resort and the trip was about 1hr+ from hotel to the airport. The ride was fine, no issues with the driver. I would use this company again.
