You will want to get off at the stop closest to the Matthaei Botanical Gardens, which is at the intersection of Dixboro Road and N Dixboro Road. From the bus stop, walk approximately 0.3 miles north on Dixboro Road, and you will see the entrance to Matthaei Botanical Gardens on your right.
Bicycle

From downtown, head northeast on N University Ave. Continue on N University Ave until you reach Huron River Drive, then turn left. Follow Huron River Drive for about 2 miles until you reach the intersection with Dixboro Road. Turn right onto Dixboro Road and continue for another mile; Matthaei Botanical Gardens will be on your left. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow local cycling rules.
