From downtown Ann Arbor, take the Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority (AAATA) bus route #4 (Plymouth Road) from the Blake Transit Center. The nearest stop to Maybury State Park is at the intersection of Eight Mile Road and Northville Road. The ride will take approximately 35-40 minutes. Once you get off, walk approximately 0.5 miles west on Eight Mile Road to reach the park entrance.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local bike-sharing services available in Ann Arbor. From the downtown area, head west on Huron Street until you reach North Main Street. Turn left (south) and continue onto Plymouth Road. Follow the bike lane and signs for Maybury State Park, which will take about 50 minutes, depending on your speed. The entrance to the park will be on your right at 49601 Eight Mile W.

For a scenic route, start at the University of Michigan campus and walk to the nearest bus stop to catch a bus to Maybury State Park. This is a lengthy option, as it will take approximately 2 hours to walk there. Head north on State Street, then turn left on Huron Street. Continue west until you reach North Main Street, then follow the directions outlined for the bus route. This will also take you through some beautiful neighborhoods and parks along the way.
