    If you're in downtown Bay City, start by heading east on Center Avenue. Walk straight for about 1.5 miles until you reach the intersection with State Park Drive. Turn left onto State Park Drive. Continue walking for about 0.5 miles, and the Saginaw Bay Visitor Center will be on your right at 3582 State Park Dr, Bay City, MI 48706.

  • Public Transit

    From downtown Bay City, you can take the Bay Metro public transit bus. Catch the bus at the Bay City Transit Center (located on Washington Avenue). Look for a bus heading towards the State Park area. Once on the bus, it will take approximately 20-30 minutes to reach the stop closest to the Saginaw Bay Visitor Center. Get off at the stop near the intersection of State Park Drive and the main entrance to the park, then walk for about 5 minutes to reach the Visitor Center.

  • Biking

    If you prefer biking, rent a bike from a local shop in downtown Bay City. Head east on Center Avenue for approximately 1.5 miles. When you get to the intersection with State Park Drive, turn left and bike for another 0.5 miles. The Saginaw Bay Visitor Center will be on your right. Enjoy the scenic views along the way!
