    If you are in downtown Bay City, start at the Bay City Riverwalk Park located at 1000 N Water St. Head north along the riverwalk towards the Saginaw River, enjoying the scenic views. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with N Euclid Ave. Turn right onto N Euclid Ave and walk approximately 1.5 miles. Tobico Lagoon will be on your left at 2301-2409 N Euclid Ave. Look for the entrance marked with signs for the nature preserve.

    If you prefer public transit, walk to the nearest bus stop on Washington Ave at 3rd St (Bus Route 5). Take the bus heading north towards the Euclid Ave stop. Once you arrive at the Euclid Ave stop, get off and walk south for about 0.5 miles. Tobico Lagoon will be on your right at 2301-2409 N Euclid Ave. Follow the signs to the entrance of the nature preserve.

  • Biking

    For those with a bike, start at the Bay City State Recreation Area entrance on State Park Dr. Ride north on the bike path that connects to N Euclid Ave. When you reach N Euclid Ave, turn left and bike about 2 miles south. Tobico Lagoon will be on your right at 2301-2409 N Euclid Ave. There are bike racks available for parking your bike at the entrance.
