From Tawas Point State Park, exit the park and turn left onto Tawas Lake Road. Continue on Tawas Lake Road until it intersects with U.S. 23. Turn right onto U.S. 23 South and drive for approximately 2.5 miles. You will see Harbor Park located at the intersection of Newman Street and U.S. 23. Look for the park sign as you approach.

As of now, there may not be direct public transportation routes from Tawas Point State Park to Harbor Park. You might need to take a bus towards East Tawas and ask the driver to let you off near the S U.S. 23 and Newman Street intersection. From there, it is a short walk to Harbor Park.
