Follow the signs for US-31 S towards Traverse City. After about 3 miles, take the exit toward M-37 S/Old Mission Peninsula. Continue on M-37 S for about 7 miles until you reach Rue Devin. Turn left onto Rue Devin, and your destination, the Old Mission Peninsula Wine Trail, will be on your right at 15900 Rue Devin, Traverse City, MI 49686.
