Walking
To reach Bay City State Park Campground from the center of Frankenmuth, start at the Frankenmuth Visitor Center located at 635 S Main St. Head south on S Main St toward E Genesee St. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach E Genesee St. Turn left onto E Genesee St and continue for approximately 0.3 miles. At the intersection, turn right onto S Pine Rd. Follow S Pine Rd for about 3 miles until you reach the junction with M-25. Turn left onto M-25 and continue for about 12 miles. Finally, turn right onto Bay City State Park Campground access road, and follow the signs to the campground.

If you prefer biking, start at the Frankenmuth Visitor Center at 635 S Main St. Head south on S Main St, then take a left onto E Genesee St. Continue for about 0.3 miles and take a right onto S Pine Rd. Biking along this route, you will travel approximately 3 miles until you reach M-25. Turn left onto M-25 and cycle for about 12 miles. Watch for signs for Bay City State Park Campground, where you will take a right to access the campground.
