If you are in downtown Grand Rapids, head towards the intersection of Monroe Ave NW and Fulton St E. From there, walk east on Fulton St E. Continue walking straight for about 0.3 miles (approximately 6-8 minutes). You will pass by various shops and cafes. Veterans Memorial Park will be on your left at 101 Fulton St E. Look for the beautiful park features and memorials.
Public Transportation
To reach Veterans Memorial Park via public transportation, locate the nearest Rapid bus stop. Board the Route 1 bus heading towards the Central Station. Ride for approximately 10 minutes and get off at the stop labeled 'Fulton St E & Division Ave.' From there, walk east on Fulton St E for about 0.2 miles (approximately 4 minutes) until you arrive at Veterans Memorial Park, which will be on your left at 101 Fulton St E.
Biking
If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from a local bike share program. Start from downtown and head towards Monroe Ave NW. Then, take a left onto Fulton St E. Follow Fulton St E for about 0.3 miles (approximately 5 minutes). The park will be on your left side at 101 Fulton St E. There is bike parking available at the park.
