If you are driving, head to U.S. Route 2 (US-2) from your location in Mid-Michigan. If you're coming from the Lansing area, take I-96 W towards Grand Rapids, then merge onto I-69 N towards Flint. Take the exit onto I-75 N towards Sault Ste. Marie. Follow I-75 N and take the exit onto M-28 W towards Manistique. Continue on M-28 W until you reach Manistique. Once in Manistique, turn onto Sawmill Rd, where Kitch-iti-kipi is located. Parking is available on-site.

Once you arrive at either location, you can use a local taxi service to reach Kitch-iti-kipi, which is approximately 20 miles from Escanaba and about 5 miles from Manistique.
