Start at the Muskegon Transit Center located at 399 W Western Ave. Take the Muskegon Area Transit System (MATS) bus Route 1 towards the Lakeshore. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the stop at Lake Harbor Rd and Broadway Ave. From there, it’s about a 1.5-mile walk to the entrance of P. J. Hoffmaster State Park.
