Walking
If you are starting from downtown Petoskey, head east on E Lake St toward the waterfront. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Howard St. Turn left onto Howard St and walk until you reach the intersection with E Mitchell St. Turn right onto E Mitchell St and continue walking until you reach the intersection with N Us 31. Cross carefully to the other side of Us 31, and you will see the entrance to NCMC Natural Area Trail ahead. Follow the trail markers to reach Natural Spring.
Biking
From downtown Petoskey, rent a bike from a nearby rental shop. Start by heading east on E Lake St towards the waterfront. Continue straight until you reach Howard St, where you will turn left. Bike along Howard St until you reach E Mitchell St and turn right. Follow E Mitchell St until you hit N Us 31. Carefully cross Us 31 and continue straight into NCMC Natural Area Trail. Bike along the trail to reach Natural Spring.
Public Transportation
Check the local bus schedule for routes that serve the Petoskey area. Take a bus from a stop in downtown Petoskey heading towards the NCMC area. Get off at the nearest stop to N Us 31, then walk towards the entrance of NCMC Natural Area Trail. Follow the trail markers to reach Natural Spring.
