Start at the Petoskey Downtown area. Head north on Michigan Avenue until you reach U.S. 31 N. Turn left onto U.S. 31 N and follow the designated bike lane. Continue for approximately 3 miles until you see the signs for Petoskey State Park Campground on your right. The campground entrance will be clearly marked.

From the Petoskey Waterfront Park, walk north towards Lake Street. Continue straight as Lake Street turns into U.S. 31 N. Follow U.S. 31 N for about 3 miles. You will pass several shops and attractions along the way. Look for the signs indicating Petoskey State Park Campground, which will be on your right. The walk will take approximately 1 hour.

Begin your journey at the nearest bus stop in Petoskey, which is located at the Petoskey City Hall. Take the local bus route that heads towards Harbor Springs.
