If you're driving, start from the visitor center of Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore located at 9922 Front St, Empire, MI 49630. Head northwest on M-22 N for about 10 miles until you reach the junction with Lakeview Rd. Turn left onto Lakeview Rd and continue for approximately 2 miles. When you reach the intersection with 13 Mile Rd, turn right. Old Facefull will be located shortly on your right at the coordinates 44.427559, -86.246561. There is ample parking available nearby.

Public Transportation
If you are using public transportation, take a bus from Traverse City to Empire using the Bay Area Transportation Authority (BATA). From the Empire bus stop, you will need to walk approximately 5 miles to reach Old Facefull. Head northwest on M-22 N, and then turn left onto Lakeview Rd. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with 13 Mile Rd, then turn right. Old Facefull will be on your right. Please check BATA's schedule in advance for the latest timings.
