From the Tawas Point State Park entrance, head south on Tawas Beach Road until you reach the intersection with East Tawas Beach Road. Turn right onto East Tawas Beach Road and continue until you reach the stop sign at the intersection with US-23. Turn left onto US-23 North. Continue driving for approximately 1.5 miles until you see the signs for Dewey Durant Park on your right. The park is located at 44.2859542 latitude and -83.4996892 longitude. There is no fee to enter the park.
