Getting There

  If you are near downtown Traverse City, you can take the Bay Area Transportation Authority (BATA) public bus. Look for the BATA Route 10, which travels along the waterfront and connects to various neighborhoods. Get on the bus at any designated stop downtown and ask the driver to let you know when you reach the 'Bowers Harbor' stop. From there, it’s a short walk (about 0.5 miles) to Bowers Harbor Vineyards. Follow Bowers Harbor Rd. north until you see the vineyard on your left.

• Bicycle Rental

  You can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in downtown Traverse City. Once you have your bike, head west on Front Street until you reach Bowers Harbor Rd. Turn left onto Bowers Harbor Rd and continue biking for approximately 2.5 miles. You will see Bowers Harbor Vineyards on your right side, just before reaching the waterfront.

  If you prefer to walk and are located near the downtown area, you can enjoy a scenic stroll. Start by heading west on Front Street until you reach the intersection with Bowers Harbor Rd. Turn left onto Bowers Harbor Rd. Continue walking for about 2.5 miles. You’ll pass by beautiful views of the bay and the surrounding area. Bowers Harbor Vineyards will be on your right side as you approach.
