Walking
From the center of Nan Madol, head towards the main path that leads out of the ruins. Keep walking until you reach the junction at Kitti Cir Island Rd. Turn left onto Kitti Cir Island Rd. Continue walking on this road for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass a few local homes and lush greenery on both sides. Keep an eye out for signage indicating Fetus Falls, which is located on the right side of the road. The falls are situated within a park area, and there will be trails leading towards the falls from this point.

Alternatively, if you are near the waterfront area of Nan Madol, you can walk along the coast towards the North. As you progress, look for pathways that lead inland towards Kitti Cir Island Rd. Once you reach the road, turn right and follow it until you reach Fetus Falls. This route provides scenic views of the coastline and local flora.
