If you are driving from Kolonia, take Route 10 heading east towards the airport. Continue on this road until you reach the fork near the Pohnpei State Capitol. Take the left fork to stay on Route 10. After about 10 kilometers, you will reach a sign indicating the direction to the Kosrae ferry terminal. Follow the signs for another 5 kilometers until you reach the ferry terminal. At the terminal, you can arrange for a ferry ride to Kosrae Island, which typically costs around $50 per person. Once you arrive on Kosrae, take the local roads to Tofol, where Blue Hole Pier is located.
