If you're traveling by car from anywhere in Big Woods, take MN-6 N towards Cass Lake. Continue on MN-6 N for approximately 30 miles until you reach the junction with US-2. Take a left onto US-2 W and drive for about 5 miles. You will see signs for Chippewa National Forest. The main visitor center is located at 200 Ash Ave NW, Cass Lake, MN 56633. Parking is available on-site.
