Car
If you're traveling by car from the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness, head south on MN-61 S. Continue for about 50 miles until you reach the junction with MN-23 W. Take MN-23 W for about 15 miles, and then merge onto MN-11 W. Follow MN-11 W for approximately 30 miles until you reach the entrance of Voyageurs National Park. The park's main visitor center is located at 360 Hwy 11 E, Ranier, MN 56668.

Public transportation options are limited in this remote area. However, you can take a shuttle service from Ely, MN, which is approximately 30 miles from the Boundary Waters. Look for local shuttle services that provide transportation to Voyageurs National Park. You may need to arrange for a rental car or use local taxis to get to Ely first.
