Getting There

Walking
If you are starting from downtown Duluth, head to the Lakewalk, which runs along the waterfront. From there, walk north towards the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center (DECC). Once you reach the DECC, take a right onto Harbor Drive. Continue on Harbor Drive until it merges into 5th Avenue West. Follow 5th Avenue West as it becomes 6th Avenue West. After a few blocks, turn left onto Skyline Parkway. Follow Skyline Parkway for approximately 1.5 miles until you reach the Skyline Scenic Overlook. The overlook will have clear signage, and you'll be rewarded with stunning views of the city and Lake Superior.

Public Transit
Begin your journey at the Duluth Transit Authority (DTA) stop in downtown Duluth. Take the bus route that heads towards the Miller Hill Mall (Route 3). Get off at the stop near 4th Street and Lake Avenue. From there, transfer to Route 7, which will take you towards the Skyline Parkway area. Get off at the stop closest to Skyline Parkway, then walk along Skyline Parkway for about 0.5 miles. You will see the Skyline Scenic Overlook on your left, with clear signs directing you to the viewpoint.
