Begin your journey at the Grand Marais Visitor Center located at 15 W. Wisconsin St. Head south on Wisconsin St towards S. Broadway Ave. Turn left onto S. Broadway Ave and continue until you reach the Gunflint Trail. Note that the Gunflint Trail (Co Rd 12) is a scenic highway, and you will need to walk approximately 41 miles along this route to reach Magnetic Rock.
