If you're driving, start from the Lutsen Mountains area. Head south on MN-61 S for approximately 6 miles. Take a right onto Tofte's main road, which is County Road 2. Continue on County Road 2 for about 2 miles, then turn left onto the Superior Hiking Trail Leveaux Mountain Loop. There are parking areas available where you can safely leave your vehicle. Make sure to check if there are any parking fees in place, although typically parking for hiking trails is free in this area.
