Getting There

• Car

  From the center of Lutsen Mountains, head north on MN-61 N. Continue on MN-61 for approximately 2 miles. Solbakken Resort will be on your right at 4874 MN-61, Lutsen, MN 55612. Look for the resort signage as you approach.

• Public Transportation

  If you're using public transportation, you can take the Arrowhead Transit bus service. Check the schedule for the nearest bus stop in Lutsen. Ride the bus towards Grand Marais, and get off at the stop closest to Solbakken Resort. You may need to walk about 0.5 miles south along MN-61 to reach the resort. Be sure to check the current bus fare and schedule beforehand.

• Bicycle

  For those who prefer cycling, you can ride along MN-61. From the center of Lutsen, head north on MN-61 N. The ride is approximately 2 miles, and the road is relatively bike-friendly. Be cautious of traffic and enjoy the scenic views as you approach Solbakken Resort on your right at 4874 MN-61.

• Walking

  If you're within walking distance in Lutsen, simply walk along MN-61 N. The distance is about 2 miles, and it should take roughly 40-50 minutes on foot. Follow the directions as you would by car, and look for Solbakken Resort on your right at 4874 MN-61.
