Public Transit
From the center of Mankato, head to the nearest bus stop. You can catch the Blue Earth County Transit bus line that goes towards the rural areas. Make sure to check the current schedule online or at the bus stop for the latest times. Ride the bus towards 'Mankato to Eagle Lake' route and disembark at the stop closest to the intersection of T-198 and County Road 12, which is about a 30-minute ride. From the bus stop, walk east on T-198 for approximately 1 mile until you reach Jack McGowans Farm at 20001 T-198. The farm will be on your left.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Mankato. Start from the downtown area and head south on Riverfront Drive. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Highway 14. Take a left onto Highway 14 and ride carefully as it can be busy. After about 2 miles, turn right onto T-198.
