Public Bus
Start at the Mankato City Center Transit Station located at 123 S 2nd St, Mankato, MN. From there, take the Route 4 bus towards the River Hills Mall. Stay on the bus for about 20 minutes until you reach the stop at the intersection of State Hwy 66 and Lookout Drive. Disembark at this stop.

Walking
After getting off the bus at State Hwy 66 and Lookout Drive, head south on Lookout Drive until you reach the intersection with State Hwy 66. At the intersection, turn left and walk east along State Hwy 66. Continue walking for approximately 1.5 miles, and you will see the entrance to Mount Kato Ski Area on your left at 20461 State Hwy 66.

If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bike from a local shop in Mankato, such as Mankato Bike Company. After renting your bike, head east on Riverfront Drive, then take the bike path leading to State Hwy 66. Follow the bike path for about 2 miles, and you will arrive at the Mount Kato Ski Area entrance on your left.
