    Public Transit

    If you are in downtown Minneapolis, start by heading to the nearest light rail station, which is the Nicollet Mall station. From there, take the Blue Line towards Mall of America. Ride for about 10 stops and get off at the 38th Street station. Once you exit the station, head west on 38th Street until you reach Lyndale Avenue South. Turn left onto Lyndale Avenue South and walk south until you reach 42nd Street. Turn right onto 42nd Street, and you will find Lyndale Park Gardens at 1300 W 42nd St.

    Walking

    If you are near Lake Harriet, you can walk to Lyndale Park Gardens. Start at the Lake Harriet Bandshell and head east on W 42nd Street. Continue straight for about 1 mile, crossing over Lyndale Avenue South. After crossing, you will see the entrance to Lyndale Park Gardens on your left.

    Biking

    For those who prefer biking, you can rent a bike from any of the bike-share stations throughout Minneapolis. Head towards Lake Harriet and follow the bike paths along the lake. When you reach the intersection of 42nd Street and Lyndale Avenue South, turn left and continue on 42nd Street for a short distance until you see Lyndale Park Gardens on your left.

    Bus

    If you are near the University of Minnesota, you can take the Metro Transit Bus Route 6. Board the bus at the nearest stop and ride towards South Minneapolis. Get off at the stop at 42nd Street and Lyndale Avenue South. From there, walk west on 42nd Street, and you will find Lyndale Park Gardens on your right at 1300 W 42nd St.
