Take the exit for County Rd 9/Golden Valley Rd and turn right onto Golden Valley Rd. Continue on Golden Valley Rd until you reach Ottawa Ave N. Turn left onto Ottawa Ave N, and Schaper Park will be on your right at 631 Ottawa Ave N, Golden Valley, MN 55422. There is no entrance fee for the park.

For public transportation, you can take the Metro Transit bus route 18. Board the bus at any stop along the route towards the Golden Valley area. Get off at the stop near the intersection of Golden Valley Rd and Ottawa Ave N. From there, walk about 5 minutes south on Ottawa Ave N to reach Schaper Park at 631 Ottawa Ave N, Golden Valley, MN 55422. A single ride on the Metro Transit bus costs $2.00.
